Q. Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, we require a minimum order amount of $50 on all of our items except for our Organic Thanksgiving and Winter Holiday Pies.
Q. How are your foods prepared?
All of our meals are prepared by our culinary staff in our licensed NJ kitchens and are 100% homemade from scratch with all FRESH, ORGANIC INGREDIENTS.
Q. How do I reheat my meals?
For the healthiest reheating method with best results, we recommend using your oven.
Reheat In Oven:
-Preheat oven to 350* F
-Transfer meal to an oven-safe dish and cover with foil
-Put in oven and heat 15-20 min
-Remove from oven and let sit for 2 min
-Plate & Enjoy!
But sometimes there's no time for the oven so...
Reheat In Microwave:
-Partially remove lid of container so steam can escape
-Heat for 3 min
-Let sit for 2 min
-Plate & Enjoy!
Q. How do you handle food allergies?
Each meal has an ingredient list on the meal product page. We suggest emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any allergy questions.
Q. How long do you suggest we keep meals in the fridge?
All of our meals are made fresh from scratch without preservatives, it is recommended that meals be consumed within 3 days from delivery for optimal taste and freshness.
Q. Can we freeze the meals?
Yes, you can freeze our meals to preserve freshness. We suggest placing inside freezer proof bags and using the meals within 3 months of freezing for best quality.
Q. How does the online ordering work?
You select from our fully cooked, ready to eat meals in advance from our daily menu and any add-ons you'd like such as desserts, soups, sides, etc. You checkout online and select your delivery or pickup option at checkout. Each Friday our meal menus are updated for the following week.
Q. Where do you offer Delivery and Pickup?PICKUP:
Order by Thursday Midnight for Pickup the following Monday 5pm-6pm at our East Hanover Location at 39 Ridgedale Ave. East Hanover, NJ 07936
Order by Monday Midnight for Delivery Thursday of the same week. You will be contacted with an ETA day of delivery.

Q. Is there a fee for Delivery?
Orders under $75.00 will incur a $10.00 Delivery Charge. Delivery is FREE for all orders over $75.00.
Q. When do I need to order by?
FOR PICKUP: Orders received by midnight on Thursday are available to be picked up by the following Monday.
FOR DELIVERY: Orders received by midnight on Monday will be delivered on Thursday of the same week.
Q. Do I need to be home for Delivery?
Yes, someone needs to be available to receive the meals. You will be contacted with an ETA day of delivery. Driver will either leave kits with concierge or someone must be ready to receive the kit. If receiving the kits, please be ready as our driver will wait for 3 minutes at your location before leaving.
While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival date, we cannot guarantee delivery time. We strongly encourage recipients to be at the delivery location to receive their package(s) as freshly made food and meals that remain outside are more likely to have reduced quality.
Q. What is your Refund Policy?
If we have begun preparing your meals at the kitchen, your purchase is final and nonrefundable. No Product may be returned or refunded except for Damaged Products. If we have not begun preparing your order, your purchase may be refundable at Purely Plated's discretion. You may email email@example.com to request an order cancellation.
Prepaid and Gift Cards are one-time transactions that cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exchanges - We do not accept any Product exchanges.
Damaged Products - If the Product arrives damaged, Company will provide a replacement product if the original product is returned by you and received by Company OR a photograph showing damage is received by Company within 24 hours of original delivery date. Provided that Company confirms that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with this Agreement, your sole remedy is that we will send a replacement Product. In the event that Company is unable to provide a replacement Product or if replacement is not requested by Customer, Company may at its sole discretion elect to refund the credit card, debit card, Paypal account, or other payment method used for purchase in the original amount of the purchase. If a replacement Product is issued, we cannot guarantee that the replacement Product will contain exactly the contents or will have the same theme as the originally provided Product.
